Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Goes Gold, Reveals Completionist-Friendly Achievements
Ubisoft Singapore has announced that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has officially gone gold, cementing its launch for the upcoming summer window. With the development phase complete, the developers are putting the final touches on the day-one updates before players can set sail.
Alongside this milestone, the full trophy and achievement list has been revealed, bringing excellent news for players who enjoy completing games to their absolute limit.
No Missable Trophies or Multiplayer Requirements
The full list features 49 achievements that will be identical across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Unlike the 2013 original, which forced players to spend hours grinding in multiplayer modes to secure the Platinum trophy, this remake is a purely single-player experience.
Ubisoft has confirmed three key design decisions for the achievement list:
- No online connection required: All 49 achievements can be unlocked completely offline.
- No missable achievements: Players can progress through the campaign and clean up remaining challenges during free roam without worrying about permanent lockouts.
- No difficulty gating: Achievements can be earned on any difficulty setting, allowing players to customize the challenges to their own liking.
This approach ensures that players can explore the Caribbean and experiment with the rebuilt combat systems without the stress of missing a questline or being forced into a hard-mode run.
Pre-Order Updates and Launch Preparations
As the game approaches its release date, retailers are preparing for high demand. Major platforms have seen temporary restocks of the highly sought-after PS5 Collector’s Edition. Those interested in physical bonuses should check the status of their orders, as detailed in our pre-orders guide.
Furthermore, the narrative setup for this remake is already underway. Players returning to modern Assassin’s Creed titles will find that the final update of the previous mainline entry directly prepares the narrative landscape for Edward Kenway’s return, as we noted in the cross-story teaser breakdown. With the game officially gold, fans can confidently prepare their setups for July.
