Ubisoft and Laced Records are partnering to bring the original score of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag to vinyl. This announcement comes just weeks before the highly anticipated remake, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, is scheduled to launch on PC and current-gen consoles.

Celebrating the Sound of the Caribbean

The music of the 2013 original game remains one of the most celebrated soundtracks in the franchise’s history. Composed by Brian Tyler, the orchestral tracks blended epic pirate melodies with high-energy naval battle scores. Beyond the instrumental score, the game’s atmosphere was heavily defined by its collection of traditional sea shanties sung by the crew of the Jackdaw.

This upcoming vinyl release from Laced Records offers fans a premium way to experience those classic melodies. While the vinyl focuses on the original score, the upcoming remake is set to expand the musical library with 10 brand-new sea shanties.
